Oregon's taste of (real) Winter!
This photo courtesy of NASA was taken a little less than a week ago of the great Pacific NW in all its white glory. For my non-native NW friends, this kind of snowfall hasn't happened since 1976--30 years ago! Our drive to Oregon from Utah was an adventure, the NorthEast area of this photo shows the Gorge-which closed down two hours after we had driven through! We are glad to have made it home for Christmas!
