Hey Becca. The crib is called the Ellis 4-in-1 crib/changer combo by Simplicity. We ended up getting it from Burlington Coat Factory, but we discovered that many places only have their floor model as the last one because Simplicity is going out of business (not sure if that's true or not), but if you look around online I'm sure you can find it other places too.
