"Out!"
Hailey is successfully able to crawl out of her crib, and nap time is kaput for now. Time for some advice! What are some tricks to help transition a barely 2-year-old to a twin bed?!Push PLAY
Hailey also had some fun leaping between the couch and our small ottoman last night. She really flew!
I can't help but see a strong resemblance to the leaping tree frogs!

haha...i love that she's so proud of herself too! we've never had any problems transitioning our boys to beds. ethan switched at like 15 months and bennett at 2 yrs. but we also have no toys or books in their rooms, the lightbulbs are taken out of the ceiling so they don't play with them and there are black out shades. Cruel maybe, but they go right to sleep. :) Good luck!

we just switched arlo, before he ever tried getting out of his crib. we made his new bed very exciting and so far he loves it. it has only been 3 days now. this site has some good tips. although they talk about a toddler bed, we still went straight to a twin bed.

Oh wow, what a cute video. And she definitely knows how to get out of that crib. She's good at it! I think Sophie forgot she can do it because she hasn't done it since. When we switched Savannah we put a lock on her toy closet. I don't know if Hailey's crib is able to turn into a toddler bed, but that is what we did with Savannah and it was nice because she sort of treated it like a crib. She never got out at night, naptimes were much harder though. She was 2 years and 2 months, so a little older than Hailey. Good luck!
