Like last year, we headed to the Sunriver Resort with a 'Living Social' deal we found online. There was still snow on the ground, and the nights and early mornings were always freezing, but we had a lovely studio room with a fireplace to enjoy! During the day it warmed up considerably, hitting near the 60's with blue skies and sunshine! We had so much fun being alone together, it hardly happens anymore! We made a huge pancake breakfast together, went bowling, took a few walks, went shopping in Bend, and had a fancy steak dinner on our last night! It was an investment that we had to save for, but absolutely worth it! We always have so much fun together. We seem to turn into care-free teenagers who stay up too late watching movies and eating too many desserts. It is our 48-hours of uninterrupted courtship.
