Beach Day!

Wow I need to catch up. Usually my blogging hours are between 11:30-12:30 a.m. and 3-4 p.m. when Hailey naps. Well lately, Hailey hasn't been doing much NAPPING. More like playing, jumping and exploring around her crib, with occasional pleading yelps begging to be let out! Her front two teeth are coming in, and if you've noticed in pictures, this will even out her vampire look quite well! (both canine teeth came first!) haha, she is such a cutie.

So lets fill in all the going ons of the past two weeks. After the day of our family hike, Kyle had the day off and we went with my mom and Steph to the beach! We played on the beach, ate 75 cent ice cream cones, bought salt water taffy, played a couple arcade games and celebrated Stephanie's birthday at Camp 18 for dinner! It was a great day and Hailey's first trip to see the ocean!

This tent was Hailey's escape from the sun, wind and sand. She didn't care to stick around in it for long though.

Smokey Bear

The outside of the lodge had a lot of large wood carvings and yard tools to look at. The machinery was used at this location when it was a timber mill!
